Dallas Cabaret Festival
IT'S TIME ONCE AGAIN TO COME TO THE CABARET
Cabaret is intimate. It can make you shriek with joy one moment, push back tears the next. You leave closer to the people beside you, and better aware of how your happiness and pain are shared by the people around you.
So, what better way to spend a hot summer night than with the cool sounds of the Second Annual Dallas Cabaret Festival, in Fair Park's Women's Building? From July 27-29, stunning vocalists like Cynthia Scott and Simone Gundy from The Voice will provide the sort of heartfelt entertainment no arena-rock concert can offer. The festival concludes with a blues-music review, highlighted by renowned guitarist Samuel James.
