The Dallas Museum of Natural History was established in Fair Park as part of the Texas Centennial in 1936, and was one of the first natural history museums in the region. In 2006, it merged with the Science Place and Dallas Children’s Museum, ultimately to become the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and expand to a new location in Victory Park.
You'll find this historic building between Leonhardt Lagoon and African American Museum.
