Healing Differences Youth Roundtable

4th Annual DFW Literacy Fest

Lone Star Park Job Fair 
Saturday, March 17th; 12noon – 4pm; 1000 Lone Star Parkway; Grand Prairie, 75050 (Gate 5). Hundreds of opening including: waitstaff; bartenders; hostesses; ushers; stockers; supervisors; clerks, and more. Apply:

Volunteers Needed: Cornerstone Community Garden 
Monday, March 19th; 1pm; Cornerstone Church Garden; 2815 Ervay, 75215. One hundred “raised bed” gardens are being planted, and volunteers are needed to help plant new seedlings. The garden will eventually produce organic foods for the benefit of the community. Contact: 972-992-8779.

13th Annual Career & Resource Fair 
Wednesday, March 21st; 9am – 1pm; Martin Luther King Recreation Center; 2901 Pennsylvania, 75215. Over 25 employers and community service providers will be present and ready to hire. Dress professionally and bring plenty of resumes. Sponsors: K104 and T.O.R. I. (Re-entry program).

Civil Rights Movement in Dallas

AIDS Walk South Dallas
